ServicesCommercial Junk Removal
Commercial Junk Removal in Hapeville
We haul out old office furniture, retail fixtures, shelving and stockroom clutter so your space is ready to use, lease or show. We work around your hours, sweep up when we leave, and call you once the job is done to confirm everything you wanted gone is gone.

Clearing Out a Business Without Shutting It Down
Commercial jobs are different from a garage pile. There are hallways to keep clear, customers or tenants to work around, and usually a deadline like a lease end or a new tenant moving in. We plan the load-out before the truck shows up so the job fits your schedule, not the other way around.
We take the heavy, awkward stuff: cubicle panels, filing cabinets, display racks, break room appliances, old signage and boxes of paper that have been sitting in a back room for years. Usable items go to donation when we can place them, and the rest goes to proper disposal.
We are licensed and insured, which matters when we are carrying a steel cabinet down a shared stairwell. And after the job we call to ask how it went and whether anything else turned up once the dust settled.
What We Take Out of Businesses
Desks, chairs and cubicles
Desks, office chairs, meeting tables and cubicle panels. Anything too big for the door gets broken down first.
File cabinets and boxed records
Steel cabinets are heavy and top-heavy, so we empty or strap them first. If papers need shredding before they go, tell us in advance, because that's handled on its own.
Store fixtures and racks
Gondola racks, display cases, slatwall panels and retired checkout counters.
Break room appliances
Fridges, microwaves and water coolers. Need one unit gone from your house? Our appliance removal page covers that.
Tenant move-out cleanups
Furniture and junk a departing tenant left, cleared out so the unit can be cleaned and put back on the market.
Back-room and stockroom buildup
Cracked pallets, packing scraps, outdated stock and the general heap that grows over a few years.
Signs It Is Time to Call a Hauler
Your lease end date is on the calendar
Most leases want the space returned empty. Waiting until the last week makes the job harder and more stressful.
The back room is now storage for broken things
If staff have to step around old chairs to reach supplies, that space is costing you.
You are remodeling or changing layouts
Old furniture has to leave before new furniture arrives. We can time the haul so the space is open on install day.
A tenant left a mess behind
Turnover stalls until the junk is gone. One trip usually clears what a tenant left.
The dumpster out back cannot handle it
Regular trash service is not built for desks, fixtures or appliances. Those need a truck and a crew.
How a Commercial Job Runs
- 1
On-site look and price
We visit, see what's leaving and check loading doors, elevators and stairs. You get a firm price before work begins, and no hidden fees follow.
- 2
Set a time around your hours
Same-day and next-day service is available, based on job size. We can also come early or outside your rush so customers aren't stepping around us.
- 3
Carry out and sweep
Floors and door frames along the route get covered, the truck gets loaded and the emptied area gets swept. You show us, we haul.
- 4
We call back
A few days on, we check in. If a closet turned up more, or you want ideas for keeping the stockroom clear, we go over it and book a second trip if you need one.
What Sets the Cost
The price mostly depends on how much room your items take on the truck and how easy they are to get to. We quote on site, so you know the cost before anything is lifted. The estimate costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- How much is going
- Hauling a couple of desks costs less than clearing a floor of cubicles. Amount drives the price on nearly every job.
- Getting it to the truck
- A ground-level loading door is fast. Upstairs suites, long corridors and shared elevators take longer.
- Disassembly
- Shelving that's bolted down, cubicle panels and fixtures on the wall have to come apart before they can go.
- Items with disposal rules
- Certain appliances and electronics must go to particular recycling sites, which can change the cost.
- Timing
- Early starts or work after you close, so customers aren't disturbed, may change the price. You'll hear about it before we begin.
Questions From Business Owners
Something not covered here? (404) 737-7380
Can the work happen outside our open hours?
Usually. Share your hours on the call and we'll sort out timing at the walk-through. Plenty of shop owners have us come before they open so the floor is clear for customers.
Do you clear rentals after a tenant leaves?
We do. Landlords book us to empty units between tenants. Furniture, mattresses and general junk come out so the cleaning crew can start.
How do you keep from marking up our floors and walls?
Before any heavy piece moves, we put runners on the floor and padding on door frames along the route. Tall shelving comes apart first so it isn't dragged through narrow spots. If the building has elevator or dock rules, mention them at the walk-through and we'll work within them.
Where does the old furniture end up?
Pieces in good condition go to donation when someone can use them. Metal gets recycled when possible, and the remainder goes to proper disposal.
How established are you?
We opened in 2021, and customers in Hapeville and close-by towns such as East Point and College Park have left us over 1,200 Google reviews.
What's the follow-up call for?
Business cleanouts tend to have a second wave. A forgotten closet gets opened, or a tenant leaves more behind. The call makes finishing the job simple.
