How We Run a Job
Most jobs start with a phone call. You tell us what needs to go, and we come out to look at it in person. That free on-site estimate lets us see the pile, the stairs, the gate and the driveway, so the price fits the real job. On haul day we carry everything out ourselves. We pad door frames on tight turns, cover floors when the path runs through your home, and park where the truck will not block a neighbor. Items in decent shape go to donation where we can. Metal and old appliances go to recycling. The rest goes to the proper disposal site. When the space is empty, we sweep it.
The part most people do not expect is the call after. A few days later we check in. We ask if anything got missed, if the space looks the way you wanted, and whether a mark or a soft spot showed up where something heavy sat for years. If something got left behind, tell us and we will sort it out.

Narrow stairs, low basement ceilings and packed garages are normal for us. We take things apart when that is safer than forcing them through a doorway.
